For Airtable, SmartSuite, Glide, Noloco, Make, and Softr we confirm certification in the application. Zite and JavaScript do not require certification, but we do expect relevant experience.
02 Certification in progress?
For specialties that require certification, finish it first, then apply. We confirm cert status in the application.
03 JavaScript—certification needed?
No. 3+ years building web applications and comfort in client delivery is what we look for.
04 Client-facing experience?
Preferred. We work with people who can talk to clients and deliver with clarity.
05 Full-time or contract?
Contract. Project-based or ongoing client work, not a full-time role.
06 When do I get work?
We review regularly and reach out when there’s a match. Timing depends on project flow.
07 More than one specialty?
