Transitioned weekly portfolio reporting from manual spreadsheet aggregation to a live dashboard, eliminating routine data entry for asset managers.

Challenge

The client’s operations were severely bottlenecked by data fragmentation. Core business functions—leasing deal flow, construction job costing, rent arrears, and tenant sentiment—lived in siloed, disconnected spreadsheets and disparate third-party software. High-salaried asset managers were spending hours manually copy-pasting data into weekly and monthly PDF reports. Furthermore, the firm wanted to transition to a hospitality-first model, requiring granular tracking of individual tenant employees (members) rather than just the leasing companies. They lacked a unified database capable of linking a high-level portfolio down to an individual building, suite, corporate tenant, and individual member.

Results

The client successfully migrated off of static spreadsheets into a real-time, cloud-based portal. Weekly asset management meetings are now run directly out of dynamic dashboards rather than manually assembled PDFs. The operations team can instantly verify live physical occupancy, track construction project variances, and execute highly personalized tenant engagement strategies—all from a single secure login.
